Refund Policy for OneJamat

At OneJamat, we strive to ensure a high-quality experience for our community. Because we are a marketplace platform, the following policy applies to all transactions:

Additional non-returnable items:

  •  Refund Requests:
    • All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  •  Digital Goods/Memberships:
    • Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to our community features, memberships are generally non-refundable once accessed. However, we review exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
  • Vendor Disputes:
    • For physical goods or services provided by individual vendors on our platform, please contact the vendor directly first. If a resolution cannot be reached, OneJamat will mediate the dispute.
  • Tax Refunds:
    • If a refund is granted, the tax collected at the time of purchase will also be refunded to the original payment method.
  • How to Request a Refund:
    • Please email admin@onejamat.us with your Order Number and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
